It might get voted through but I doubt they'll start it immediately. It'd be very helpful if they did though.

I think it would start from 1st July as the rules are changing the year after.

You’d think though given rumours about how many other clubs are facing having to sell players by 30/6 in order to meet PSR limits that they’d be proposing it to apply for the current 3 yr period in order to avoid having to avoid selling.

Shouldn't think so as that would help the smaller clubs, not the big ones.
