In the first ten minutes he won two headers and held the ball up to bring the midfield into the game in another attack, i’m not sure what more people want, I’ve seen enough of B.B. to know he couldn’t have offered that outlet

In the last 16 games we've won 3 games against 3 shit teams - Barnsley, Ipswich & Reading.
Forest 2 - Ipswich 1 - Brereton scored netting us all 3 points Forest 3 - Barnley 0 - Again Brereton scored Forest 1 - Reading 0 - No Brereton When you consider that it's even more bizare that we're selling him, and AK isn't using him.

Brereton wants to move, its as simple as that!! We dont want players who dont want to be here, so why hang on to him for the sake of his potential? WE do not know what the final deal is likely to be with regards to add ons and sell on fees etc, so whilst £7m doesn't seem a lot (if this is just the upfront fee), we do not know what else has been added to the final deal.
We are not privvy to what goes on during negotiations so all we can do is speculate and assume. For all we know, the final deal may have been just too good for us to turn down and if Blackburn have offered Brereton silly money, then his head is going to be turned, so we ma as well just accept it is happening and carry on supporting Nottingham Forest FC. The club are, have always been and always will be, bigger than any individual!!!

Confirmed officially now.

Tails: To be clear... Brereton will make the move permanent in January. It's not an option #nffc can opt out of. But there are numerous future clauses involved that could work in their favour, if he is a success at Ewood Park.

You'd just think Ak would use a striker who's played a part in getting him a few of his rare victories. He's only won 6 games since arriving. I'd have thunk the striker who helped get him 2 of those would have figured in his plans more.

Karanka has been charged with getting us promoted this season
Brereton doesn’t fit the bill, wants to play, so has been allowed to leave I’m more interested in who will come in For too long we’ve banged on about players with potential, getting us nowhere The Greeks want promotion now!

It’s clear that AK has told the whole squad that they have to earn their place and he’s said “f**k that I either start or i’m off”. Agent has clearly played on him being unsettled and the fact he’s been playing for England and it’s gone from there.
Let’s see where we are when the window closes.

The fall out started a few weeks ago. Brereton stormed off during a training session when Gomis and Appiah was picked ahead of him in a 11 vs 11 training match. This is the type of behaviour Karanka has been trying to stamp out ever since he’s arrived. The following few days the club found out he was being touted about.... we’ve got a good deal in my opinion.

Brereton thanked his agency in his latest tweet for helping with the deal. Stinks of an agent using a young talent to make money |
