No one wants to go on about the manager but there has got to be a point where we seriously consider him going. We have the best squad we have had for many years but the use of the same tactics that haven’t worked for 8 months continue to be applied. New personnel but same tactics. It doesn’t work. Either he changes the approach to the game or he goes.

I would say tactics. I would hope they've played like this because they've been told to. If they haven't and this is as good as they can be I would be very worried

I've been saying this for awhile. 

It seems when we are 1-0 up it's real backs against the wall stuff. When we are 1-0 down, we make it so easy for the opposition.
