QPR was our first competitive game and we lost just like we lost our first competitive game last season. Because of the situation we are presently living in the cup game would have presented a way to make some much needed additional money that cup runs give.
The difference between this seasons loss and last seasons loss is that last season we didn’t deserve to lose and we played well. This year we deserved to lose to a much worse team than WBA and the performance was terrible.
QPR was not our first competitive game as we played the same way as we did against Barnsley (yes I’m a mug who paid to watch both games) with a different team. So by all accounts it’s just an extension of pre season friendlies. Will this now be the case for every game we lose because we certainly were not competitive against QPR
Yes we were!
Please tell me you are joking.
If you think that display was competitive then there is no hope.
That was a very poor qpr team who were rarely troubled by us over 90 minutes...
How many shots on target did we have.
Ok so it was 0-0 at half time the fact is we should be beating teams like that if we have promotion plans.
I know it is only the first game. I know we lost the first game last season but last but that was to a good West Brom side and not a poor qpr. I will add that we were competitive in that West Brom game and we lost, that was ok, we could see improvement and potential.

We’re undercooked , still hurting, Sabri needs to get a grip of this situation before it spirals completely out of control.
Now Is the time for him to be brave and play the players who can cause damage.
Grabban, Taylor, Freeman and Lolley should all start against Cardiff. Let’s give them something to think about

It is really difficult for Sabri Lamouchi to turn things around in @NFFC. Francois Modesto collects names for his shortlist for new possible coaches in #NFFC.
The above from the Greek journo who was talking about the Ioannou signing.

hope he succeeds, good chance of winning the next game and could well go on a run
but, his interviews are so poor, he needs think about speaking through a translator, but also the questions are rank as well
what happened to proper interviews? Is it just me? Almost like his English and any sort of expression, warmth, passion, enthusiasm, vision, all non existent at the moment, the interviewers don't help, it's all canned cliche's but he doesn't even say any of them as most football interview cliches are definitive and answering a specific question, grrrrrr

What do you expect from Paul Taylor & Sarah Clapson?
Colin Fray the only decent one amongst them - and he is very conservative in his questioning.

Ornstein and Nursey last week, and now this.
As we suspected, he’s in big trouble unless there’s a rapid upturn.

The squad has been prepared to attract the very best replacement...................
Sabri now makes it work or there will be plenty of people lining up to take the job.
Sabri is not the manager, he is only the coach.

This guy is getting on my nerves a bit (not you SR) ^^
I don't think it's difficult for Sabri to turn things around. A goal off somebodies backside and 3 points will probably do it.
It's obvious to everyone though that if we lose again then Sabri is in big big trouble. To suggest that Modesto is collecting names for a shortlist is pure fiction.
EM will know who he wants when and if the time comes.
