Something must have kicked off.

He was told to find a new club?

If he was told to find a new club because of one shit performance then we would have no players at the club at all.

Obviously more to it than that.

#NFFC update: Boss Lamouchi on very thin ice as reported Saturday. Marinakis has told him wants a quick response this term, which hasn't happened so far. Keeper Samba likely to be fall guy after Diallo arrival as both Sabri & Marinakis not been happy with him for while

Bit surprised by that (samba).

That’s the second time nursery has called out samba. I really don’t get it- not his fault on Saturday!

I’m also sure EM doesn’t call those shots. It could be an attitude thing I suppose. Apparently very laid back character...

Astonished.
I agree - must be to do in some way with attitude?
New guy doesn’t ( immediately anyway ) look like an obvious first choice keeper.

This is starting to really worry me.

If you were to ask any fans who their top 3 players of the season was last season I’d guess the majority would say:

  • Cash - gone (sad but understandable)
  • Watson - gone (without any mention from the club unless I’ve missed it)
  • Samba - apparent discipline / attitude concerns

So that’s 2 of our best players gone with Samba seemingly in trouble & possibly replaced soon combined with the shortest pre-season (although ours sounded shorter than most other teams for some reason - & it shows), dropping Riberio, playing Carvalho in the friendlies & then he’s out of the squad, reluctance to change tactics / formation that just aren’t working… what is going on???

I’d love us to come out fighting on Sat, get a win (playing well would be a bonus), shake off the disastrous end of last season & get going, but something feels massively off.

I love Sabri & the majority of last season was my happiest as a fan in a long time. I truly hope Sabri changes things up & we get to see what he can do with *his* backroom team & the new signings (Taylor & Colback can make a huge difference & Freeman is absolute class).

You can always count on Nottingham Forest Football Club to f**k things up when they look at getting somewhere.

FWIW the Nottingham Post reckons the club are still firmly behind Sabri.
