Just the start Sniffer, were still short of a quality winger, a number 8 and an attacking ACM, they will cost money. Let's see what we have got up our sleeves.

SA.

Just what I think were short of SA. And they will be the big signings that cost.

We do need another winger. Lolley and Ameobi were out of gas at times last season. And if they got a knock...we didn't have real depth to replace them.

Needed more goals outside of Grabban. So a winger makes sense.

But desperately so from ACM. Guile. Defence splitting passes. Goals. Assists. Hold up play. We just don't have it.

Someone like Tomlin or better. A niggly and difficult player to play against type.

And someone to challenge SoW. When he didn't play? Forest didn't play.

We only got in the play offs twice with the surges his inclusion in the side brought. And when he wasn't fit at the end? We collapsed.

Need more aggression and quality in midfield. More legs. More muck and nettles. But we need them to be able to play a bit too. Chip in with goals. Another Mr. Nasty in there who has drive the team on...and put teams on the back foot.

Quality.

Azrael.

It's not quite like that Sniff, I know you are bigging this up but these little moves have not made us top 2 material, if you want promotion that has to be the aim, has he got the tools for that?

In short no he has not, so we have to wait till the end of the window before saying what a wonderful job EM has done in backing Sabri.

He needs a quality winger, a no10 and ano8, all which will cost money, if he supplies that then we can all agree he has properly backed Sabri for a shot at promotion until then, he has not sufficiently backed him at all.

I will wait before making those judgements.

Come on lighten up a bit. why does everything have to be so serious? Did I say the job was done? The window has about 2 months to run yet!

My point was that Bruno Baltazar was not Sabris choice. Prior to joining us he had been working in Cyprus. These two new coaches are most definitley Sabris choice as are Colback, Blackett and Taylor. That is all.

A long time to run and we havent done anything that will push us on to be in the hunt for top two, the continuous lauding of EM and he has done everything and given sabri the tools just is not the case.

It is not lightening up I'm very relaxed in relation to where we are, but we cannot then put expectations on someone without the tools to do the job. We have massive issues in key positions that get you promoted that have not been addressed with quality.

Once that happens I'll be the first to give him praise. But for now I think it's a bit much when not a lot has been delivered to resolve our shortfalls of previous seasons that turn us in to genuine contenders.

We have 3 new players and 2 new coaches within a week of talks ending between EM and Sabri.

Personally I will embrace that. If you want to wallow around in misery because of that KR then that is your choice pal.
