What Is The Clubs Transfer Strategy
I would sell Figs and let Joe move back to his proper position on the right, I don't think we should be selling Joe who has got the club in his heart and soul.

Maybe Wassy. I always liked Tendayi but hes never really showed his ability for me. Hope has fully recovered, agree he can be decent if not amazing going forward. Jenkinson IMO was an awful signing, totally unsuitable, old school left back, poor going forward, terrible injury record and expensive.

I wouldn’t be overly concerned if Joe went - at the fees being rumoured.
He is replaceable - at a profit - with someone equally proficient.

I don't think we should be selling either. Not many better CB's in the Championship than Figs and Worrall.

It looks as if we have changed course.

Let’s not write off Mendes yet.

He can do us a favour & get a decent sum for Carvalho.

And he can leave Ribeiro where he is!

Don't see where Mendes has been written off but I do see a change in the type of players we are signing & targeting.

Exactly. At the end of the day Mendes is the agent of our manager and some of our players so he remains involved in a way but we do appear to have changed course.

Perhaps Dawson is going or moving into a coaching roll or is struggling with injuries. Presume Benalouane and Hefele are trying to be moved on. That would possibly give us the following 4 CB's.

Figs, Worrall, Blackett, Ioannou. That's two right sided and two left sided.

Those four above would be a formidable quartet for the league we are in.

So with a bigger bench and more subs this year, will we be bringing in more than are departing?

Subs back to max 3 for next season.
