Just looked it up, in just 2 transfer windows Karanka signed a staggering 18 players plus 10 loans. Shifted an equal number out, that is quite a turnover. He signed some good ones too, Grabban, Lolley, Figs Watson, Tomlin and quite a few others.

It was what was needed. He changed the culture at the club from ‘drifting along going nowhere’ to something closer to success and promotion. It was a rapid change but it was much needed. We wouldn’t have been close to a play off challenge without his input.

Agreed. His football was purposeful yet attractive to watch, in contrast to Warburton's  attempt to play attractive football which was as dull as dishwater. 

He could've been so good for us had the club and he not been so stubborn.

2 week holiday is probably what Sabri needed. I think we will see just how good or bad Sabri is now. I hope he is determined and has the gumption to say what he needs to improve. Easy for me - home form - a more expansive midfield and greater options for the forward positions.
We need 4 quality winger / wide forwards to play like he wants - only having 2 led us to burning out both lolley and Ameobi.
