No need to rest players on Sunday IMO. You only do that when your place is confirmed. The stoke game is the game to rest. And at that point Stoke will likely be out of trouble themselves.
If they miss the Stoke game they will have over a week to rest:
First legs
6th vs 3rd - Sunday July 26, 6.30pm
5th vs 4th - Monday July 27, 7.45pm
Second legs
3rd vs 6th - Wednesday July 29, 7.45pm
4th vs 5th - Thursday July 30, 7.45pm
Championship play-off final
Tuesday August 4, 7.45pm

But.
If our place is confirmed tomorrow evening?

We might not need a point at all if Millwall and Swansea fail to do the business on Saturday before we play on Sunday.

It is just so good to be involved in discussions like this as we have something to play for - really does make a change.

Aint it. I'm really enjoying watching the games on the TV too, with something at stake for us with most games.

Hopefully Warburton's lot can do us a big favour. tomorrow. Not so worried about Swansea unless we concede 4 against Barnsley and Swansea win by 4

TBH I do fancy Millwall to win both games, I think we will need to get the point we need.

i think so, this 1 point feels more like we need all 6 in a weird sort of way
Boro maybe beating Cardiff seems 1 of the more probable favorable outcomes, QPR and Bristol seem to of shot their bolts a long long time ago

I do agree. Millwall are the type of side designed to give Warburton's style of football a damn good kicking (literally I would expect). If Charlton win tomorrow then technically Barnsley are relegated. But small matter of Wigan and a possible 12 point deduction to throw a spanner in the works there.
You just get the feeling that this being Forest we will somehow find a way to make things difficult for ourselves and end up sweating it out on the last day.
Never has one point felt like such a daunting task

it's all so psychedelic man, it does really hurt me regards Wigan, i just thought they played us off the park back in the winter and they were bottom and other stuff like their 8.0 i really want them to get their 12 point buffer, Charlton sort of mean nothing to me but we need this damn point.
i'm sort of enjoying this ride, other teams exploding on the finish line and others running out of gas, it isn't just us, besides 1 or 2 everyone is experiencing something bizarre and many 'what ifs' all across the league, this is the most interesting 2 game stint for decades in that we can almost enjoy the view .. almost
