I think Sow will play for 60 minutes. We have to get some minutes into his legs.

Samba.
Cash.
Worrall.
Figs.
Ribeiro.
Watson.
Sow.
Lolley.
Silva.
Grabban.
Ameobi.

According to Sabri, Lolley was only pulled off at half time because he wasnt up to his best and he wanted to 'wake up the dressing room', so with that in mind, Lolley should be fit for saturday
Not sure I believe that.

Yep me neither, also I would play Yates above Sow until he's a bit fitter

Yep, I would too. As much as Sow would be useful at snapping away at Rooney in midfield, slowly reintroducing him is the way.

I agree. We do need Sow snapping at an aging, but still very good Rooney for 45 minutes, then the manic but youthful Yatesy snapping at him in the second half when his legs are shot.

Also, we must avoid giving away any free kicks anywhere within 25 yards of goal. Rooney is still as deadly from a dead ball kick!

Yes that's a good point Tricky. No giving away daft/soft frre kicks around the box.

You were spot on Cisokid. You first mentioned the daft free kicks on the previous page.

So you did Cisco. I didn't realise you had said the same thing on another page, so my apologies.

I probably did read it, but just forgot

Looking forward to the game. Interesting to see how they handle Rooney. If they allow Rooney freedom he will be making life hard for Ribiero and Cash - I think they have to man mark him and dont allow him time on the ball.

Perhaps Yates to do that job.

Going to be very interesting to see the team selection.

Lets get Sow on Rooney for 60 minutes and then Yates for last 30 if Rooney is still on the pitch then.

I think Sami will do exactly what you hope he won't do, its what we are best at, let Rooney have the ball let them dictate and spank on the break its what has got us here, if Sow is fit to start he plays and I think that was always the plan hence the minutes on Wednesday, that coupled with them having a day extra recovery at least we have both Sow and Yates fresh

Our biggest strength is transitioning from defence to attack quickly and attacking on the break, its Silva's job to exploit this and its a day for Ameobi Cash and Lolley to shine and they will be shitting themselves over Grabban no doubt about that

It is critical IMO we don't concede early that extra days rest they have had is massive and you don't want them with the tail up early or it could be a long afternoon, I'd have us as favourites had we played Tuesday and they played Wednesday and thats off us having played Sunday as well, not good

Agreed, first goal is crucial today, dont want us to have to chase the game.

Derby last played on Wednesday like we did. They haven't had a days extra rest.

Thats right. They kicked off an hour before we did.
