Looks like West Ham must be holding out for a permanent sale. Seems a bit daft so late. Hopefully it won't drag on until the end of August and if it doesn't happen today then it will soon after.

I guess Forest have to be canny. Balancing available cash for Jan' and FFP considerations etc.

How many loans have Forest had so far? Colback? Two Portuguese wingers. This will be our fourth?

Judicious loans are prudent. Let's you kick the tires on new players and see if you can buy when promoted.

Hasn’t that always been their preferred option subject to satisfying the home grown rule?

My concern is that if we don’t get it done today others will definitely be sniffing.
