In the program, 'When English Football Ruled Europe,' Graham Souness (through gritted teeth) said what Forest achieved from where they came from will never be repeated by anyone ever again. I was surprised he said that at all.

I always thought the 'old enemy' were very arrogant. I'm glad Clough's Forest stood in their way and eclipsed them.

Just spent a few minutes watching Cloughie on the Clive Anderson show ( 1994? ).
I would highly recommend ( on uTube ).
Two highlights:
His insistence that it was Liverpool fans to blame @ Hillsborough.
His description of Tony Adams ‘he’s a bit like a dog on our street, good at giving it but not so good at taking it’.

Sums it up for me when the Mayor of Liverpool says this season should be null and void.... except Liverpool FC should be given the title. Typical self entitled Liverpool, hate them with a passion, only good thing to come out of that city was the Beatles, I bet they supported Everton!!!!

Too right Redgirl. To be fair to the city, there’s been some absolutely top bands come from there. But yeah it’s a shame about that particular football club.
