ANDEEE! YOU REDS!!!!

Fantastic news.  His wizardly wisdom bestowed upon our u23s!  Reidy and Cohen two of the best things to happen to Forest in the last ten years.  Great to have genuine Forest talent coaching the Forest u23 set up.

Can Reid play ACM?

Welcome back Reidy.

Right from his debut, you sensed he had some real ability. When you hear him talk, he is forthright and is clearly still fond of the club. Maybe he could double up as Dead Ball coach for the first eleven. I seem to recall he took a mean free kick.

Good luck to Jimmy Gilligan in his new role.

More importantly!
Congratulations ( and good luck ) to Chris Cohen on his step up.

i remember Reidy's debut, just checked the stats ... took him 3 seasons until his first goal .. against Sheff Utd in the play offs 2003 same club he made his debut against, funnily enough he was in a boozer the Banner Cross, nice gaff in a nicer part of Sheffield, quite a few years ago now with a few other players from Forest, Sheff U, Sheff W and Chesterfield, including Jack Lester, i think the Banner Cross used to be Jacks local back in the day, it was funny meeting up with Reidy, bearing in mind his experiences and accomplishments and where our midfield are at i think his input could be priceless, just seen all the goals that SA put up, some pearlers

could someone clarify for me the set up now regards Reid, Cohen, Gilligan, Brazil and whoever else, it's all going extremely well in the most extreme sense of the word

Bloody hell. Hope he isnt the nutrition coach too.

Welcome back Reidy. Think even now he could put in a better cross than anyone else in the squad.

I agree TPL.

Regarding Reid time will tell. I am not convinced it's a good thing.

Cohen has ambition, he'll put his mind to coaching. Be like Pemberton perhaps. Someone who gets to know the players on an individual basis. I can see him being a sound coach, Cohen.

Reid. Forest legend. Probably the most talented player we've had (some might say Antonio, I have...) since Robbo'. If he can bestow his ability as wisdom to the u23s, great. Dead balls, free kicks, taking shots, scoring goals being incisive ACMs who can unlock defences.

They've both got their chance with Forest's Academy products/talent and see if they can transition them and give them the hunger and ambition for the 1st team. To nurture their talent and the Forest ethos.

Be interesting to keep an eye on their progress over the next year.

He could play on both wings at the same time.

He might have done better than Rib' and Ame' today.
