The boos ring out for Christmas time.
Not that loud because many seem to have left the ground. Been a while since this has happened. Wednesday seemed by far the better team. 'A shocker.' SA.

Jeremy Corben, Mark Warburton, Lamouchi.
Your boys took one helluva beatin'. SA.

Many might be surprised, but it's been coming. The defence was the department that kept us going thus giving the rest of the team a chance in the other games, today the defence was all over the place nd thd rest of the team just played as usual, toothless.
Not even in the second half with Wednesday playing as if it was a friendly, we couldn't have a spell of dominance and score a couple of goals to save face. I hope that the love affair of some of the fans with Carvalho is over now. What a show pony he is, miss placed passes galore like he is playing a 5 a side game, he doesn't deserve near the first 11, sign three or four new players in January and offload the same amount. If I was Chema I would be perplexed why I m not given a number of games to establish myself in the team, after all he played in one of the most competitive leagues in the world. Rhodes nd Fletcher showed what we r missing upfront, Grabban is ok for tap ins, rarely scores a solo goal . Enough for now, but that hurt ...

Hard to argue with that. Forest seemed to lack self belief from the off. And in recent games. We can't rule out the Sow factor. He's been a massive miss and the slow spiral downwards since his injury has been apparent in performances. Radio Notts can keep saying no one saw that coming. But Forest haven't been scintillating for a while now. Home form speaking for itself. Forest need a shot in the arm. Sow back. Rib' back in the side. Even Benno' to put pressure on the CHs. Even with that. 3-4 signings. Wednesday showed Forest what they were missing from several positions today. SA.

Any decent winger rips him apart. Robinson has been sub par for a while now. He's been at fault for key goals this season. Forest just bullied today. Back to old 'soft touch' Forest. Heading it. 2nd balls. Out muscled. Seemed an ill disciplined performances. Tops off a bad week for Forest. SA.

He wasn’t the only one who was poor though...

Wanted to reply to this directly, no denying we were poor but to once again pin this on carvalho is not fair. He dropped off in the second half but was our only decent attacking player first half. Silva was considerably worse and constantly gave it away. Watson was slow and repeatedly gave it away, ameobi largely struggled. Also not sure about your point on Chema, as you rightly said our defence has been the key till this game so why he’d be brought into the team in that situation I don’t get that. I liked the tactic of making no subs and making them suffer, wouldN’t be surprised if there were 6-7 changes next game. Worrying times

Chippers, ever the one to touch the nerve when he asked The Coach what he'd said them at half time. At that point it was a polite thank you and goodbye. He'd apologised on behalf of the players. He's probably peeved (he's not the only one) after tossing two wins aways vs Millwall and Boro'. And a complete collapse vs Wednesday. Forest hang on for two wins and pull of a home draw vs Wed'? Those 7 points make Forest's 'dour December' seem much better. But they didn't. Forest have had '3' bad days at the office this week. Forest had better get into the top 6. And they have the rest of December to do so. Because being '7th' or 'top 9' didn't save the previous encumbants. SA. |
