Not a disastrous result in isolation but the pattern is repeating. Only 9 attempts, 3 on target against as poor a team that we will face at home equals 2 points dropped.
Not sure if it was the reaction to scoring or the substitutions that changed the game, suffice to say we lost the plot at the same time and none of the 3 substitutes contributed anything.

i'm actually watching a film at the moment to cheer me up, yes, it's called ''Aftermath'' .. but it's not about tonight .. but an old boy who loses his wife and daughter in a mid air planes collision, his grief and anguish and also the Air traffic controller, responsible for the loss of 230 plus lives in a split second, it's based on a true story, as we speak the Air Traffic collapses on the floor in total breakdown.
Anyway what i think i have learned is that grief negates grief, any suggestions for what i should watch on Saturday evening?

You know you are on a Forest forum when Lolley plays a stinker of a game, but its down to Silva, Carv (who did not even start) and everyone else...…
One day Forest might have a real fan base who actually comment objectively and fairly on all the players...……….. LOL

We didnt stop playing when we scored imo, Boro immediately started to play and then dominated the game from that point as they became more adventurous. They sat tight until they conceded. They dictated the game.
We're going to have a really hard game aganist wednesday on Saturday now. At this moment in time I honestly can't see anything other than a defeat. Last night felt like a bad defeat.

the manager needs to change the dynamic going forward. we have very little threat really.
we dont have enough goals in this side. roll on january. i fear we will have some tough days before then.

They dictated the game. I can't agree fully with this, but there was definitely an element of Boro had to actually try and get forward and we invited them to do so. If we had continued to press and pile on the pressure I am not convinced they could have done too much to prevent us winning. However, I doubt a team will ever have to do less to Nick a point at WFCG. In the cold light of day I thought we played quite well until we scored, hit the bar, had them scrambling, Lolley should have scored or laid it on a plate in the box for Grabban. So despite feeling like 2 points dropped (which it clearly is), there are positives, albeit buried deep in the game. Sheff W a tough game. Obviously want them to spank sheep tonight, but that (a) puts them above us and (b) increases their good form further...

Definitely settled for 1-0.
The difference in our play between 0-0 & 1-0 was like night & day. I’m sorry but Lamouchi must take the lions share of blame.
