I certainly do, one Mendes client to replace another.

You may be right BD - but I would take a lot of convincing.
The profile of the two is very different.
Lamouchi ( in my opinion ) has a long way to go before being courted by the likes of Wolves.

Nuno is now 12/1 anyway thankfully so hopefully it won’t be an issue. I think it’s just papers looking for Mendes clients doing well as opposed to genuine interest. Also if Mendes wants future business from Forest, stealing their manager away isn’t exactly smart business!

Didn't Mendez sell us Carvalho as a 13m wonder kid who'll get us promoted, not a one trick pony who'll have 2 good games out of 28, and has no place in a promotion side?

Sure he wasn't grumbling when he banked his 20%.

Sure he won't be think of Forest when Lamouchi signs on the dotted line with Wolves & he collects his 20% then.

Safe enough, but if he keeps taking us in the right direction it won't be.

Sign him up.

Lamouchi's track record isn't spectacular. Things are currently working with him at Forest, if he goes somewhere else it is a lot more pressure. If he goes and fails then he won't get another job in UK. If he gets playoffs or promotion, it will give him something and get him a few jobs. Look at Warburton (Brentford good, Rangers bad, Forest bad, QPR bad) he getting QPR job from his record at Brentford and experience.

I think he will stay until end-of-season, and hopefully the club and him want to continue and sort out a proper contract for the future. Unless he gets sacked, which at the moment is looking unlikely.

This time last year Grabban had just scored his 15th goal of the season to move is up in to 5th place. Dont think any of us thought then the manager would walk a month later and indeed we would get through yet another manger in a few months.
Let Lamouchi do his job, I think he is content here, see where we are at the end of the season.
