Nottingham Forest Under 23s stretched their unbeaten league run to five games as they played out a tense 1-1 draw with Sheffield United yesterday.

Zak Clough seems to be a regular starter for the under 23's now, perhaps an olive branch?
Anyone here who watches the under 23's, how is Rama doing at right back?

Pleased for Hayes but - after his injury - his career appears to have stalled. Surely a prime candidate for another loan.
