Well it will certainly have been a factor.
elite young players, which Appiah, Johnson and Mighten are need to be playing senior football at 18.

with Mighten and Appiah both being wide players, it would have been difficult to bring both through at the same time.

i think the Appiah money was too good to turn down with Mighten on his short tails.

slightly different styles - Appiah is so smooth, where as Mighten is explosive, very good dribbler and much quicker than Arvin.
Mighten is like a young Raheem Sterling

Nottingham Forest Under 23s retained their place at the top of the Professional Development League table thanks to a 3-1 victory over Ipswich Town.

First-half goals by Yassine En-Neyah and Will Swan were added to by Zach Clough in the second half as The Reds produced a fine away performance to continue their impressive start to the campaign.

Forest: Shelvey, Rama (Spooner 65’), Preston ©, Fornah, Lawrence-Gabriel, Stewart, En-Neyah (Gallacher 63’), Barnes, Swan, Asare, Clough (Sodeinde 87’).
