Keeper: Covered (Muric, Pants, Steel and Smith)
RB: Missing 1 (Darikwa and Cash)
LB: Covered (Robinson and Ribeiro)
CB: Covered (Milo, Worrall, Figs, Ben and Daws)
DCM: Missing 1 (Semedo, Watson, Yacob and Guedioura)
CM: Missing 1 (Silva, Carvalho, Semedo, Guedioura, Johnson and Cash)
Wingers: Missing 1 (Lolley, Adomah, Amoebi, Appiah and Cash)
CF: Missing 2 (Grabban and Walker)

RB: Ideally, we should go for a first choice player here. For me Zeffane is not the answer as I can't see that he is a significant upgrade on Darikwa. Would be great if we would go for a player like Robert Gumny but probably not very realistic. I did however see us linked with him somewhere.

Any other candidates?

DCM: We need another DCM with playmaker attributes. As I have said before I would very much like us to go for Massimo Luongo. Another potential targets are John Bostock and Younousse Sankhare but both are more suited to playing as CM. Maybe Krystian Bielik would be a good acquisition. He could also fill in as a CB.

Any other candidates?

CM: Luongo, Bostock and Sankhare can all play as CMs.

Any other candidates?

Winger: We really need a winger with speed. Lolley with just that little more pace. We were linked with a Swede earlier in the window. Hosam Aiesh I believe his name is and he does have that extra speed. Other than that I haven't seen us linked with a winger with real pace. One other wingers we have been linked with are Kamil Grosicki and Callum O'Dowda

Any other candidates?

CF: Ideally I would say that we need one target CF and one with speed and movement as main attributes. A target CF we have been linked with is Bjorn Maars Johnsen. Any other candidates?
The quick and tricky CF could be Matej Vydra who could also fit in as a winger. Dwight Gayle is another one but I would prefer a similar type of CF with just a bit more pace.

Any other candidates?

Yes, Kostas Mitroglou.

Right, would you agree that he should be classified as a target CF?

Absolutely (not heard anything by the way).
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

Not sure if anybody is interested but i just saw some interesting states for Worrall from last season. Some really good numbers (compared with same stats for Milosevic in brackets):

- Average aerial duels won per game - 6,13 (2,2)
- Average interceptions per game - 4,51 (1,3)
- Pass Accuracy - 88,1% (73,5%)
- Average clearances per game - 3,63 (5,9)
- Average blocked shots per game - 0,4 (0,5)
- Average passes to final third per game - 6 (7)

These numbers doesn't suggest that we have a struggling CB on our hands.

He's just error prone, but he's also a young lad too.

Ideal as backup & bench material this year. See how he goes.

I register that more and more people are saying that he is error prone although I haven't seen it myself at least not more than other players in the team. My theory is that it is a case of if you tell a community enough times that a it is the truth then it becomes the truth independent of it actually being the truth. We as a Forest community, has seen it many times. The harassment of Osborn is one example and Murphy is another unfortunate player that has been made to deal with the wrath of ignorant football supporters. Hash words but the truth (or is it actually the truth or maybe something I'm led to believe :D ).

Either way, Worrall will prove you all wrong of that I'm certain.

You're prob right.

He dropped that clanger against Kilmarnock, and obviously against Alfreton, but it's prob harsh to label him error prone.

You can't deny he's made some errors, that's just fact not harrassment, but he's only 22. Bags & bags of time to come good.

I was not referring to you Alf but he's getting quite a lot of bad comments on twitter which is totally uncalled for. For me it is a case of people starting to hunt in pack based on a created truth ref. also Osborn, Murphy, Watson etc. It is harassment and should definitely not come from their own team's supporters and fans.

Mentioned a few names I’d like us to go for on the transfer thread.

Midfield certainly like us to try for Romaine Swayers

ibrahima niane was a young striker who played well for Senegal in the U20 tournament, based on France he helped Metz get promoted so guessing Modesto and Lamouchi will have seen him.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR  :)

Paul Onuachu Was another I suggested. 25 year old giant of a striker plays for Danish club FC Midtjylland and the Nigeria and think would be a hit with his size and pace

Talking of pace and raw ability, Silas Wamangituka at 19 maybe a great investment

Agreed, also was odd as he was hailed as some sort of messiah in January when we tried to recall him earlier. Thought that was too much then but I’m not sure what everyone’s basing his ability on, we haven’t played any matches yet. Pre season doesn’t count surely. I saw someone criticise him for a poor understanding with Milo, I imagine they only met a few weeks ago! Also Milo surely deserves the same criticism in that situation.

Based on last performance he wouldn’t be in my first team and his style doesn’t seem to fit with our new manager but seems like a decent squad player, no need to turn on him. Although if Burnley are still offering £10m...

So because we don’t share the same view i’m ignorant?

Yeah, seen that happen to often, esp with academy players.

All for valid criticism, but context is oftem key. I don't see how any 22 year old can be slated tbh. They've still 2-3 years learning their trade before they should be pushing on.

Let me start by stating that harassment and pissing on people is not OK whether it's done at work, in school, in your private life or on social media. It just isn't acceptable. Full stop.

Now, when it comes to opinions I have no issue with different ones. What I don't like is when people have opinions they cannot back up with any sensible argument. It's like saying that this and this player is shit because he is shit.
