If he was going to go they would have got rid weeks ago and not half way through the transfer window.

Why on Earth would Marinakis leave O'Neill's future in pre season. He would have done that at the end of last season. The transfer will come, just have patience. Some of the speculation is just nonsense coming from bored people.

Just playing devils advocate here based on the growing rumours.  Personally i think if they had changed their minds about him being the right man he would have gone already. Either than or they are waiting for Răzvan Lucescu and Gheorghe Hagi to come as his assistant. 

By the way if any coaches want to see an exciting new way of teaching football go to his soccer school it really is up there with the best.
