Yeah, it’s about a million quid.

hopefully a good preaseason and soudani could be a good asset for us. was looking poor in some games like birmingham and burton albion game before going off injured but had shown glimpses in other games. only played 230 mins of football for us.

He really could be like a new signing for us. I was excited when he signed last season.

If he can stay fit he could be an asset.

Middlesborough have also been mentioned too and given how much he loves the North East, I think it is safe to say we won't be seeing him in the famous Garibaldi come next season.

Tricky, Forest are having a recruitment open day on Wednesday 19th June 4pm to 7pm

I agree. Colback is on PL wages now because Newcastle are in the PL.

Forest are in The Championship, if he is not willing to take a drop in wages then we should move on and move on fast.

Is there a problem between Paul Taylor and our owners?

I don't want to slag Taylor off by the way, that is not my aim but what is going on?

Correct me if I am wrong but he seems to rely totally on dodgy Greek websites for any kind of 'news' these days along with Twitter.

When was the last time Taylor had an exclusive, the last time he interviewed our manager or assistant manager or spoke to our owners or COE or director of football or even our captain or a player, when was the last time he had some breaking news regarding a signing?

It just seems like nobody wants to talk to him or is not allowed to talk to him, or is it me and my imagination?

He has no direct contacts with the club, probably with the exception of John McGovern, and you should not trust anything John says.

He gets all of his information from the internet.

Danny Taylor has very good relations with the club as does Percy.

Yes, it's a pity that neither of them writes for the Nottingham Post. I feel a bit sorry for Taylor to be honest, it gets cringeworthy at times, poor bloke is expected to fill column inches but nobody seems to talk to him.

Its a shame but local papers live off scraps. Clubs/leagues have deals with sky and their own media etc and local reporters just don’t get the access they used to. I know an excellent local journalist covering a premier league club and his job is so hard - especially during the close season. I think people need to lay off Taylor a bit.

Olympiakos employ a press officer and everything goes through him, I wonder if we will do the same?

I know we have that Ben Whyte fella but we don't hear anything from him either.
