Paul Scarrott could be an incredibly nice bloke when he wanted to be, normally when he was sober which unfortunately was not very often. RIP Paul.

The City Ground, May 1991. Nottingham Forest 2-1 Liverpool. Nigel Clough and Ian Woan scored for Forest, Jan Mølby scored from the penalty spot for Liverpool.

I recollect being stood on The Bridgford winding up Scousers as it cost them the title, on TV too I think. Wow, how did we become so crap so quickly and for so long.....great days we all took for granted and assumed would go on indefinitely. |
