John Robertson, simply the best!
Robbo made a total of 397 appearances for The Reds and scored 62 goals including the only goal in the European Cup Final against Hamberg in 1980 at the San Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.

The man was a genius, a magician. I am honoured to have seen him play the majority of his 397 appearances for us.

John Robertson has been voted as Nottingham Forest's best ever player by Nottinghamshire Live readers.
The Scottish wide man who was once described as "a little fat guy" by Brian Clough beat Stuart Pearce, Peter Shilton and plenty of others to top the poll with 42% of the votes. |
