If we get through to the semis the first leg is April 30th…

The Fa Cup semi final is April 25th so one of West Ham or Leeds will have a game moved

We really need to pick up some points from Villa, Burnley and Sunderland. I don’t fancy us needing to beat Chelsea, Newcastle, Man U or Bournemouth to try and stay up. We may get a result against some of those, but I’d rather not be going into the final day needing a win

Yep, I hope everyone is refreshed from this long break and ready for an intense two weeks.

If things go well, we could be in a European semi final and have pulled away at the bottom.

If things go badly, we could be back in the bottom 3 and out of Europe

Or somewhere in between

The better outcome would probably be the second but would seem a heck of an anticlimax. As I was hinting it would be boring too and that’s not how we do things!

It's far to squeaky bum time to even look past the next league game, let alone look at next four and work out what a good total would be. All that matters is that we match or better spurs and West hams results. Starting with 3 points from Burnley and then take it from there.

Just had a look at the upcoming fixtures and there's a lot of pressure on those Palace and Ipswich games.

Suppose theoretically Glasner's tactics should suit the upcoming games better. I fear we'll be in for another long season if we don't beat Palace or Ipswich at a minimum.

Don’t necessarily disagree. However, I think losing to Coventry and the opportunity missed makes the 4 pts look worse. Of the fixtures I think most of us would have expected a loss at Villa (as we always seem to lose there). Spurs a win although prior to the last few games it was always a tough fixture and they often seemed to have our number. But yes a win against Coventry.  I suppose what I’m saying is would we think 4pts from those fixtures was that bad if it was a win v Coventry, a draw v Sours and loss v Villa? Of course bar a bit of luck with VAR it would have been 7.

Spurs have won no games and scored two goals all season in the league.

Regardless of what we might think of them as a club, anything less than three points playing a team like that at home should be considered poor.
