I get the frustration and it doesn't look great so far but I'm not sure relying on the squad that scraped 16th without Anderson (and MGW tonight) is really the route to success either.

Oh I know and I don’t think the squad is that great especially if you take last seasons 2 best players out of it. Just saying if you don’t play to the strengths of it then you have zero chance.

What do you think are the strengths though? I personally really don't rate any of CHO, Hutchinson or N'Doye. 

I would've said the strengths are MGW, Neco, Jesus, Murillo, Sangare.

Before the season I'd of said this system should be good for all of those guys. Disappointed to see how Neco has struggled so far though.

Sounds good but Ive not seen evidence he adapts in the same way as Vitor did.
I get Glasner is trying to build something rather than fire fight which is a different thing altogether but I would prefer to see what we are building towards. I would also prefer he didn’t demolish the entire building and start again, Im sure EMs wallet would too.

Massive overreacting going on. Look at his first full season at palace. After 10 matches they had 7 points and just one win. It will take time and we have to be prepared for a bit of struggle (including the owner). But given time, performances will improve and results will come. Let's face it, we were unlucky to lose on Saturday and there were times we played well - just hit by a late free kick. Last night we saw a lot of fringe players get a chance and generally demonstrated some weaknesses. Hopefully some of these issues will be addressed but let's all give it time.
