Think we might have seen peak Villa now. If they're replacing last season's quality with the likes of Garnacho, they're knackered.

In all fairness he looked a great player in the FA Youth Cup Final a few years back.

Taylor couldn't even retire quietly.

Leeds after Trafford. Good signing if they get him:

From Ornstein…

? Leeds United in talks with Manchester City to sign James Trafford. Newcastle United also interested & #NUFC made club-to-club contact, but 23yo #MCFC goalkeeper leaning towards Elland Road + #LUFC now working to land England international @TheAthleticFC

Shame we didn't push for him as part of the Ando deal, maybe he just wasn't interested.

I reckon we'll have just wanted the pure cash for Anderson.

Trafford will go into Leeds as undisputed No1. If he came to us he wouldn't be.

We're not big enough to have two big hitting keepers.

Trafford asking for a release clause, clearly sees Leeds as a stepping stone.

Very odd behaviour from Hull City owner giving hints on transfer targets which will only add to the speculation he says he is trying to avoid.

Imaging if EM did this, Neville would be frothing with anger about how unprofessional it was, suspect it will all go mostly unmentioned though. It’s actually Fawaz like.

Yes - I was getting very strong Fawaz-flashbacks when I saw his post.

Like when someone listed a bunch of ridiculously out-of-reach transfer targets and he replied 'All in mind.'

Garnacho to Villa on loan with obligation now done.

Wonder if Emery can get more of a tune out of him than anyone else has.
