Errr. Odegaard is f*****g brilliant. EM get on the blower. Best player in the Norway game.
Only a mentalist would sell him. He is still young.. Would be shocked if he was for sale. Buuuuuuttt if Glasner is ambitious time for a champions league run with the young Norwegian and MGW. Anybody who thinks Martin O is going to Turkey is insane... Chicago: Of a healthy mind.

Jesus, what's happening at Villa? Tielemans has walked out for a bargain £35m, Lucas Digne apparently has a £8.5m release clause and is wanted by PSG, Juventus want to take Martinez (who apparently has been itching for a move for a couple of years now), Onana has done his cruciate at the WC and now they've lost Rogers (albeit for good money). Sancho was on loan and I doubt he'll be returning. That's some talent that's going to need to be replaced in a short few weeks. And they've got champions league to play too.

Offer them £30m for MGinn and chuck in Omar Richards? You never know!

They have broken their transfer record to sign Manzambi who looked impressive during the World Cup. Chasing Summerville apparently as well and Estupiñan as replacement for Digne.

Manzambi played great in World cup.

They've just signed Joao Gomez from Wolves today too so it seems they're having a bit of a revamp.

Villa now apparently looking at Garnacho. Maybe Emery can get a tune out of him.

Outside the top two or three I am really struggling to predict this season and I think it could be a very exciting season. You imagine arsenal and city will be top two. Chelsea could challenge as they've got a good manager and, in theory a very good squad - it will depend on weather he can get a tune out of them. Likewise Liverpool should be good with iraola but you never know - a slow start and pressure builds. As for man utd - I reckon they will regret not getting a proven manager and have not learnt from solskjaer.
But villa have lost quite a few key players and some of their key players are getting older + they have to balance champions league which they struggled with a couple of years ago. Spurs - who knows? They are splashing cash but are they getting good value? They should be better but top six? Newcastle look in trouble if they don't strengthen. And then there are the likes of palace, Bournemouth, Brighton and Sunderland - all have Europe but do they have the squad to manage both plus CP and Bournemouth have new managers who have never managed in prem. If forest can hold onto their remaining assets and strengthen well in those key areas of midfield and attack then I really think, with glasner in charge, we could challenge the top 8, if not the top 6. I am also hopeful that a few of our bit part players - mcatee and bakwa in particular - can make a bigger impact this season. The old 'its like a new signing' would very much apply to both of they can have an impact.

Anthony Taylor has retired - what a shame.
