International Football - England - Euros - World Cup Etc
Wonder who’s reffing the game and whether they’re weary that their decisions will be scrutinised? If it’s a non white ref and they don’t be seen to help the us progress they could be visited by ice the next morning…

Last 3 world cups now have gone to Russia, Qatar and now Trump's USA. FIFA are dodgy as f**k.

Saudi Arabia in 2034. Straight up legitimate choice of a true global football powerhouse and nothing to do with money. Its neighbour Qatar of course had the event only 4 years ago despite the agreement to rotate hosts around continents. Agree the best course at this point is for UEFA to form some sort of break away.

And not just that it's Saudi Arabia. The World Cup is meant to rotate across continents. Europe has 2030 in Spain and Portugal, but because it's the 100th anniversary of the first one, FIFA has decreed that matches will also be held in Africa and South America. So would you look at that - that means it rotates back to Asia again! Who'd have thought it??

It does make you think who has the power around the world in sport. Trump, Putin and whoever the f**k is in Qatar has obviously got power then you read our glorious leader and the foreign secretary both got involved about moving our game and it was laughed off.  Keir Starmer intervened in row over Mexico-England kick-off time - BBC News

Hope this is OK to link, but the Ref cam angle is a beauty. So Matt Turner esque and the defenders attempt to stop it, was proper Sunday league.
