Number 8 shirt for Anderson in the England squad.

Seeing that he'd been given the number 8 shirt, I said yesterday to someone that should England have a really decent tournament, if our boy Anderson really shines he has the potential to be the player of the tournament.  But also, he's never been tested in England's midfield against top class opponents meaning he could also crash and burn in the big, big games. What an opportunity he's created for himself.

He's always raised his level for the big games for Forest. If anything the issue was that he wasn't as good against the weaker teams at times, like that Leeds away game.

Villa away in the semi he disappeared, but then the whole team did so was that his problem? Those are the kind of games he needs to grab and dominate.
