Whilst you are correct about Chelsea I think we’re probably the last club that can point fingers at them.

Will they allow him to be a proper manager though? Previous incumbents have been required to rotate presumably to ensure all squad members retain their values. If they go out and buy a couple of experienced players then we'll know he's got some autonomy.
