Vitor Pereira - Our Manager
Also depends on what Vitor himself wants of course.

For example if he got a big offer from Portugal or Spain would he be tempted?

I reckon it'll be down to Silva. I think the job's there if he want's it. He might not, who knows?

Another classic from Vitor:

'I don't believe that you can reach the targets in the season with 11 players. If you have the others just for training they will never believe that they belong to a family.'

Long interview with Vitor by Matt Davies, not had a chance to listen yet myself.
On Youtube if you can put up with the incessant adverts that plague it now, but fair play to him to get such a good exclusive.

That is where I took the quote from 2 posts above.

It's well worth a listen if you want to get to know Vitor better.

Very educated and Philosophical man.

A breath of fresh air.

Well done for today Vitor. First half was dreadful but the art of management is recognising whats going wrong and doing something actively to remedy it. So on another day it might not have worked but to attempt it is the main thing and he got the reward. Good game management to see it out too.

Dyche would have taken Wood off and stuck Jesus on like for like. Periera put both on and shifted MGW over. It was beautiful.

So nice to see the smiles, happiness and harmony back among the players.

Great credit to Vitor for fixing that because it is so important and it had been completely destroyed under the previous coach.

Is it too early to discuss Pereira staying on and being our coach next season? Could we do any better?

To be fair Dyche never even had the option.

True.

But he did have the option of Kalimuendo which Vitor has never had.
