I think its happening right in front of our eyes. Hes cost us our talented manager, our ability to win the Europa and most likely our prized premier league place, which took us 20 odd years to re-attain. Thats a fair bit of unravelling in a year.

Apparently his first meeting with Nuno ended up in a shouting match. Great management there Edu. Then he prepared the squad by buying players the coach didnt want or with players who wouldnt be able to drop right into an 11 and hit the ground running in two tournaments. He told Nuno he wanted the style to change, after Nuno delivered the most successful season in a generation at this club. Im sorry, he is head of global football or whatever his title was and hes absolutely blown it. It wouldn't suprise me if we're in league 1 in two years time and it'll all be down to Edu.

They have a say though Sniff. 4 managers now this season haven't got a tune out of thsi group of players. We have a good 10/11 players who can hack it, the rest are utter tosh. And EM paid out 200m for that privilege.

Said that from the outset Sniffer. Nuno knew what he was doing, my opinion he had already made his mind up whether it stemmed from the Leicester incident we know about or something else we don’t know.

That still doesnt mean that Edu was doing his job properly.

Or that EM didn’t make a huge mistake with Ange

Or that Dyche’s inflexibility didn’t cost him his job

Or that certain players aren’t performing anywhere near well enough.

As repeatedly said there are multiple failures.

Good managers bring people along with them, especially when they're jettisoned in as an outsider to a successful operation. Edu's primary goal shouls have been getting Nuno's confidence. Doing stuff to demonstrate he was on his side. Like signing Traore, for example.

I was thinking yesterday, no one ever thinks about the blokes on these tankers in these situations. They're there like a sitting duck, just waiting to be hit by a f*****g missle. Must be horrible for them, and horrible for EM sending his people out in those situations. No media ever mentions the sailors.

I've been reading that if Leicester go down they may have to sell there training facilities and go back to there old facilities that they kept for the ladies team. Running costs of 16m a year. A division 1 club simply couldn't afford to run it.

Wonder if EM has considered this as an option? Can't imagine a queue of clubs wanting it in it's current proximity.
