I will feel more confident sharing that view with you if we do the business tonight.

If we do anything other than win tonight then it'll be utter carnage on this forum, all the others, twitter, podcasts, etc etc. Dyche will have nowhere to go and nothing he says will be deemed acceptable. In my opinion the fan base has no more tolerance for the abject performances it's witnessed over the last couple of months. EM might not be 'bloody stupid' but if fans turn, mangers get sacked.

They're not stupid, if someone better wanted the job they'd have gone for them. If Mancini, a guy who has been out of work a few years, was the best alternative then that surely is your answer.

I think if we don't win tonight and we haven't absolutely battered them in the process I will switch sides.

It just becomes indefensible and ultimately the argument of 4 managers and who is going to replace him is irrelevant if it reaches a point you feel like anyone could do better.

No pressure!

Ask players who have played under him.

Most love him and think he is great.

He got little Fulham up, kept them up and as them Flirting with Europe every season.

What is not to like?

Only a handful of managers actually win things so lets not beat him with that.

im not a Dyche basher as I think the criticism is somewhat unfair, with a good share of the reason for bad performances being the ‘drop off’ from the first 11 to the second string.

However, I’m also a realist and Dyche isn’t a long term solution and I’d fully back an appointment of Silva (or Glasner) in the summer.

All about getting to the summer still in the PL.

I don't think Dyche has done a great or a terrible job, just done whats required (hopefully).

We were in the bottom three when he got here. We're not now. If we finish the season not in the bottom three he'd have done his job.

Maybe not in a way that appeals to everyone, but he'd have done it.

Not for me.

More importantly not for EM either who expects better progression than moving up the league one place over a period of 30 games.
