Some like to slate our recruitment and so called 'back ups'.
Ask yourself (not you SM directly) what type of player is going to sign for Nottingham Forest knowing that you are going to be a so called 'back up' because nobody is going to replace Aina, Williams, Milenkovic, Murillo, Sanagre, Anderson, MGW etc.
A fair question and good point. Always going to be difficult for anyone coming in to be anything other than back up though there is a counter argument I suppose that if they are good enough or believe in themselves enough, then they’d still come. There was also the argument that with Europa, FA and Carabao cup games there would be more than enough games for players coming in to play plenty of games.

If Dyche had come in 3 yrs ago, Murillo would be back in Brazil, and we’d be calling the recruitment team for signing a dud.
By all accounts, and stuff i hear, the lads really rate Cunha, and he can’t even get a game !
McAtee is another one that is really highly regarded by MGW and Ando, they think he should be in the team.
He has his best game for us 2 weeks ago, and hasn’t got on the pitch since !
Dyche talks about the nuts and bolts, the hard yards, but is blind to players with technical ability.
The only reason he hasn’t fell out with MGW or Anderson is because he would lose the entire dressing room.
The glare MGW gave to Dyche at Leeds, when Dyche was trying to explain to him about taking him off was telling.
Apparently Mgw hates Dyche.
Dyche and Nuno are ment to be similar in tactics
Look how better mgw was under nuno

If Silva can extract himself from Fulham early then suddenly a 4th manager doesn't look too bad to me. Thats the only scenario where sacking Dyche now would be acceptable imo. Dyche out Silva straight in.

I’ve said this before but I think for a number of our players, the only manager they’d truly accept and want is currently at West Ham.

Thats not the way the world works though is it? we've all had bosses who we like and they move on, its part of life, be professional about it and do your best
Not quite sure how NER knows that "apparently MGW hates Dyche" calling BS on that one. So he glared when subbed. Has no player ever glared at Guardiola when they were subbed.
Im getting fed up of all the petty sniping and people plain making stuff up. Is Dyche ideal? No absolutely not but the only way I see us surviving is for everyone, the team the club the fans getting behind him for the next 3 months

Look at West Ham when they got beat at wolves a lot probably thought they was dead and buried after that game specially there fans. Get a result against wolves at home could be key for us to get momentum and hopefully push on, Liverpool at home we could get something from specially how there game panned out against city, Brighton could even get sucked into it and we have them coming up with there fans turning on there manager as well. It’s going to be a rollercoaster ride with still a lot of highs and lows but I think we could still stay up and sort out the issues in the summer regarding dyche etc. never easy supporting forest but let’s get behind them !

Thats not going to happen Pap, zero chance he moves from a safe position to one that could wreck his career in 3 short months. Fulham wouldnt allow it regardless.
He may yet sign a new contact at Fulham. If we stay up we can approach him in the summer and its a different story, Im not convinced he comes here even then tbh.
Again, there is no credible alternative to Dyche right now, can we just stop the attacks and get behind the bloke as painful as it may be.

Exactly we all know we're a good performance Wednesday away from it all being very quiet again.
I'm always cynical at these dressing room stories, often there's a motive behind them. It's no secret the players wanted to be more progressive this season under Nuno but have had to revert to type under Dyche because that's where this team is at present.

Was MGW better under Nuno?
I thought his goal output under Sean has been quite good, which was a criticism I definitely had with him under Nuno.

Who is substantiating that MGW hates Dyche? Nothing reputable nor a trusted source has come out with this.
MGW should be disappointed at the minute, as should the rest of the team. We need to deliver more. But MGW performance against Palace wasnt one that shows they hate the manager.
I dont think that Dyche is the right man at all and I would certainly scrutinise all of the available options and do our homework/due diligence to see if one may fit what we need right now but it is really not helpful to anybody if players keep throwing managers under a bus, its not a good reflection on them as players.
