Dyche poor but players need to look at themselves. Stealing a living.

Can someone please buy Sean Dyche a handkerchief so I don't have to see him anymore on the touchline or doing interviews wiping snot off the end of his nose and then rubbing it all over his top. It's gross.
Also he mentioned about some players had been knocking on his door. Well he will have EM knocking on his door if he loses the next 2 games.

It's gross. He might not even get that. These constant interviews where everyone gets the blame but him, soon leads to a loss of dressing room and player power taking over

So the answer yet again is to change the manager?
We knew what we were getting when we appointed Dyche. We got him to get us out of a mess of our own creation. It was never going to be pretty.

We’re not getting anything out of the Arsenal game, Braga will be tough and then our next league games are Brentford, Palace and Leeds. We might win the Ferencvaros game, but we’re not beating the others on current form. I think he could be in trouble
There comes a time when NFFC has to stop making mistakes and sort out it's identity and future aspirations. This is how a successful club operates. We cannot go from where we are to being successful in 12-18 months. You need a stable base to achieve longevity.
Structure for the recruitment and playing style neeeds to apply for all levels of the club and this does not happen overnight. These things take time to successfully be put into place.By this I mean there should be progression paths for all levels. I accept Anderson et al will be sold for a massive profit, which should then be used to recruit / develop the next 2 Andersons etc. As a fan base, i feel we need to see a progressive growth season on season and less of a short term approach. I feel, this means stability and not repeating mistakes. We have the Europa League to focus on now and it looks like we will qualify for the knock-out stages at least. That said, we are where we are in the league and a 7 point gap could be closed quickly if improvement is not around the corner.

I think he could be in trouble He may well be in trouble but it doesn't change the fact that 3 experienced premier league managers have generally picked the same players give or take the odd 1. Modern day football isn't like when Clough, Fergie or Wenger run the entire club. A head coach or manager are classed as mid level management when you look at how clubs are structured and decisions are made. I'm a mid level manger in my job and my organisation is currently in turmoil. The problems come from either the market or above when it's ongoing over a period of time.

However I have yet to see NFFC operate in the way you want and its not set up to do so.

If you sack him, who is coming in to be manager at this time?
Does it make it easier or harder to get some good signings in this window/summer? Does it make it easier/harder to get a top manager in the summer? Yet to hear any good answers to the above. This season sucks but I don't feel like we have loads of choice. |
