Their extra 2 days rest is a concern.

Not really as about 9 of our starting X1 had the night off, and the others played 45 mins or less, which they would have done in training had they not played.

Recovery time is ZERO excuse for this one I’m afraid

Sels, Neco, Savona, Hutchinson, Jesus, Nikola, MGW fresh as a daisy
Anderson and Sangare only did 45 mins
Murillo only 70 mins

No excuses

I haven't really noticed spurs this season. Don't know what to expect.

Make it uncomfortable for them, play at a high tempo, and they are vulnerable

They’re very good away or have been but they’ve found it rough going until recently. I’d be happy with a draw

Since that error against Brighton I think Moratto has played quite well. Even at Everton I thought he was our best defender. Anybody think he should keep his place for this game and play Murillo at left back and Neco at right back.

Not for me. He still gets caught out too often. Dove into one really stupid challenge yesterday and was lucky that Dominguez bailed him out.

Hope Sels is fit. John Victor scares the bejesus out of me.

You would expect he is. Dyche said it was a knock/precaution. Gunn is back in training too.

Yep, flapped at their goal, made that mistake early that they seemed to gain momentum from. Even at the end, needlessly tried to clear it first time when he had loads of time and gave the ball away leading to a corner. Either Gunn should be backup or we should be shopping for a backup in January if Gunn isn't good enough IMO.

If anyone from our recruitment team ever suggests another Brazilian keeper they need sacking on the spot.
