Mikel Arteta will be free at the end of the season if he "fails" again

No thanks. He’s embarrassing. Jumping up and down on the touch line and mouthing off like a spoilt brat, I’d tell any child not to behave like that, so I don’t want him as coach of a team I support.

And after 6 years in charge he has won one trophy, the FA Cup in the (covid) season he took over, with his billion pound squad. What a genius.

We are being harsh on Dyche. I get the long term thing but we have loads of injuries and the recruitment was poor and excessive in the summer. All of that and the fact we are on our third style of play. We need stability. The stability Nuno had last season. This isn't on Dyche.

Absolutely. We also have to think about how this feels to our good players. Will they be prepared to continue playing for a club that changes managers every 9 months? Their careers are shaped by what happens at a club.

Just stick with one manager.

I agree, I think if he has us clear of relegation and does well in Europa he might get into that second year of his deal

I was more following up on what I believe R73 and Sniffer are alluding to. Beyond just results there needs to be some sort of progression for both individual players and in our style of play. Just scraping mid table by playing route 1 and rolling over some swedish side in the UEFA isn’t enough.

Im optimistic that Sean can do that for what its worth. If others are sceptical I don’t think thats unreasonable given his CV.

He’s the first out of three managers this season to give our record signing a fairer crack of the whip.

What were Nuno and Ange doing for Omari’a progression?

I was joking about Arteta.

I hope Dyche is with us for another 10 years

Dyche seemed very annotated on the touchline. I suspect the players are getting both barrels for conceding that set play.

Tbf Hutch came in to the team and started both games and Bakwa been injured. Can't see him starting on Sunday. Surely be Hutch and CHO. CHO looked more lively tonight.
