Im not one to call for a change of manager but we do seem to have lost that organisation and discipline we had. The sheer numbers calling for Ange’s head worries me just not sure theres any coming back from it. Next 3 games Newcastle Chelsea Porto, do you see a result from any of them? Im worried.
They were calling for his head the moment he was announced, which did not help.
With Luiz in the middle we are a team that looks great. With Sangare in the middle we look weak.
That is obvious to anyone who has watched the games.
Morato makes the defence weak. We ship goals when he starts.
Ange has a near impossible task currently.
With Luiz injured and Murillo and Aina injured - and no decent replacement for Luiz........we are screwed.
Remember the last few games of last season - we are there again..........and thats with different managers.
I'm struggling to understand how Luiz, who's not played 90 minutes for us and wasn't here last year when we finished 7th is suddenly critical to our season.
Morato is fine as a backup to Murillo, the backup full backs are admittedly atrocious (neither being an all out full back).
That said Abbott can deputise RB as shown last season, in a set up where the players know what they are doing. You can't say we desperately need Luiz when we have Englands best number 6 FFS.
I don't understand it either... But here we are. Perhaps it is because last season we played a tactic that worked to our strengths whereas this season we are playing a tactic that the manager thinks is the only way to play. Thats pragmatism Vs idealism and generally pragmatism always wins
Aye, hence more clubs following our model last year and not this poor man's pep nonsense

Of course fans are entitled to have an opinion but some of those chants last night made me feel ashamed to be a Forest fan.
It was disgusting.
To anyone who took part in those chants and dragged the club down to gutter level in the eyes of the world I hope you are happy with yourselves.

It wasn’t one or two it was a big percentage.
Have we become entitled to success? Maybe but as I said earlier there are people Ive sat next to for years who are mostly wearily tolerant are really angry at what’s happening.

No wins in 6 with a new manager is not good at all. I personally onboarded with Ange but I am eating humble pie because make no mistake about it, he will take us down.
The players body language in periods of that game was very very worrying.
It's EM'S toy and he can do whatever he wants with it but he's seriously in danger of taking this club down.
The atmosphere was honking last night. Our big night in Europe and it was flat and full of nerves. We are guaranteed to concede goals in every game and unless we are gonna score more we are losing. The fans know this and don't want it.
I am sorry, EM got this appointment wrong.

Yes it looks like EM got the appointment wrong and he will take that on the chin like he always does.
However this club is not a toy to EM far from it.
Some of the fans are also to blame for the current situation because they are not helping the situation at all.
Sacked in the morning, fat Aussie bastard and then that stupid Nuno chant. Then some having a pop at EM at the end.
It was disgusting and shameful and I hope EM identifies those who smeared the club and bans them for life (won't happen but I wish).

Two brief points before bedtime. Too late to read the previous pages so sorry if it’s been said already.
Firstly, I thought Morato Sangare and obviously Anderson were good tonight.
The problem with the first two is they need to be super quick to play Angeball. They aren’t.
Secondly, I couldn’t believe how quiet it was at the CG. I know I was in the BC upper, but even so…. The only songs they joined in with up there was the one calling to sack Ange, followed by singing Nuno’s song.
I’ve reluctantly conceded it may have been the right time for Nuno to go, as it was for cooper.
However, it’s only the right time if the new guy can help us make that next step and I’m just not sure Ange is that right guy.
Morato is the worst centre half to play for us since we’ve got promoted.
Can’t head the ball, constantly letting it bounce, can’t command his area of the pitch.

It was the first time I have ever felt like that as a Forest fan.
I felt ashamed, embarrassed and sick to the stomach.
It was horrible to hear and we showed all of Europe what a cesspit of a fanbase we can be.

It wont have been on TV but there was a good few thousand of us, maybe more who stayed to give the players a round of applause for their efforts. It was hardly rapturous but I think there was an acknowledgment that many didn’t approve of getting on the backs of the team.

There's definitely a degree of 'we haven't heard of this team so they must be rubbish' within the fanbase which is both arrogant and inaccurate.
Midtjylland have far more recent European experience than we do.
