Highly doubt that. This will be a massive distraction for the players and completely disrupt team atmosphere and no, this type of thing is not staged and every bit of drama is having a negative impact on the club. Although we don’t know who exactly is at fault Nuno’s job security is undoubtedly as precarious as it gets

I’m sorry but you can’t seriously believe that there is an elaborate plan between the owners, coaching staff and players to put a bunch of rumours into the media that Nuno may be getting sacked and that there is an absolute shitstorm inside of the club just to take the pressure off of players for the Palace game? Am I missing something?

It's a simple issue... So why has it been blown out of proportion just before Palace game??

Next week if Nuno is all smiles and hugs then you know it was absolutely stage managed for this Palace game.

Playing mind games is part of modern football now.

Clear the air and sort it out. Things were working well, so what changed? Change it back.

An over simplification but you are correct in the main point which seems to have been lost in the rush to slam Nuno or Edu ( depending on your bias).

Nuno stated his issue was the breakdown in relationship with EM.

I would not call it a breakdown in the relationship.......more that Nuno feels like he is less in contact with EM on a day to day basis.

What he is actually saying is, he wants more contact with EM.  At no point is he saying that EM and him have fallen out, just saying that currently he feels a little isolated and would like more contact like before.

I still think this is absolutely stage managed for the Palace game.

Had this not been in the media then the Palace fans and Players would be so fired up to win..........with the media circus now firmly on the "Nuno getting sacked, EM is such a bad owner"...........Palace and their fans will be arrogant now....saying we are a joke.....and less determined to win........... mind games.........mind games..............

Could this whole thing be a fabrication, an invention to distract and change the narrative away from palace? To take pressure off?

There are some things you fabricate like a key player or two might be out injured only for them to make a miraculous recovery and start the game (ahem, Cooper!). But massive fall out behind the scenes and potential sacking of the manager no.
