Last thing we need before the Battle of Europe ffs.
Hes probably been signed players he didn't want
Well then he must be pretty mental because we have had an amazing window.
Glaser and Silva would give anything for the players that Nuno has been given.
He doesn't match EM's ambition from where I am sitting.
Not buying this Nuno lacks ambition narrative I'm afraid, what manager is looking at this window and getting annoyed.
There's obviously been something happen behind the scenes (as with Cooper which we never found out) and it's got him riled up.

It's clearly transfers, was same with Cooper he didn't play Bade & Andrey Santos out of principle and what a pair of players they turned out to be!!
Sometimes managers need to trust the clubs!

I wonder if any lessons will be learned from the Cooper situation. You know if Nuno is still in charge on Sunday that the away fans will come out all guns blazing for Nuno.

Sadly despite what he’s achieved I don’t think Nuno has quite the same rapport with the fans. I think the reaction on Sunday will be sadness mixed with incredulity. It certainly doesn’t point to a positive result. Im pissed off because this is so self inflicted, Palace there for the taking after we’ve done them over and also lost their best player.
Cooper was a different situation, that relationship was actually broken for well over a year before he left.

I disagree. I think Nuno is as well loved by the fans as Cooper ever was if not more so.

He did still sign a new contract in that time though, shows that it can be mended to a point. Although I don't remember him doing anything in an interview.
I meant more that Nuno might go today to avoid the above situation.
Agreed though, best position the club has been in, in my lifetime certainly, and yet here we are.

I can't speak for everyone but it's not close for me, Cooper was like a first love, never be forgotten.
Sure Nuno is probably a better manager and has achieved more but I'd still be happy if Cooper came back today lol. I realise I might be in a minority of 1 with that last bit!

Im stunned Nuno has gone public with this tbh. He must be unhappy to have done so, as has been said if he wanted to leave he would have had to resign. This way it makes the club sack him and he gats a payout.
Nobody’s reputation is going to come out of this well and its so hugely disappointing.

Unless somehow they patch things up but that doesn't seem likely right now.
The 'ding' my phone makes every time the official Forest account tweets is going to be met with trepidation for the foreseeable.

You’re going to get a lot of dings letting you know there is a special discount on last year’s training kit!

Yeah I'm as shocked as everyone else, suggests it's pretty bad and pretty far along for Nuno to be saying stuff in interviews.
It feels like the only salvation at this point would be a rare EM interview backing him to turn this around. Hard to see that really, thrash Palace and EM and Nuno are hugging at full time on the pitch?
