Do we get an answer today or do we have to wait another week before they give their verdict? The whole process is so slow and tedious. Coupled with the slow transfer window and endless speculation, I'll be relieved for when the season starts

Not sure how they can argue that they didn't get extra time to comply with MCO rules when they've been arguing all along that they're not part of an MCO. They can't have it both ways.
Either they are an MCO and didn't comply with the rules or they're not but then why did they need extra time?

Monday 11th at the latest apparently but I'm sure CAS said their verdict *won't* be communicated today.

There's a few contradictions I've also heard that Texlor wouldn't be able to sell the shares if they were in a blind trust but also what does that matter if you say you didn't get given a fair deadline.

Not true, shares can still be sold in a blind trust if instructions have been given when setting it up. Just another misdirection from the worm that won’t take responsibility.
In fact, you can google that in 10 seconds, but it doesn’t stop the media propagating it.

There is no right of appeal for CAS. But its not Forest who appealed to CAS.
If Uefa put Palace in the the Europa, then Forest should be looking for loss of earnings or appealing to UEFA. Not CAS

Also seen suggestion that Palace are trying to claim Forest and Eagle Holdings are somewhow part of the an MCO due to amount of transfers between us, Lyon and Botafogo.

Seemed more interested in leaving proceedings early to get one last interview in and then go see his new grandchild. Can’t blame him re wanting to go see his new grandchild but can’t see Palace fans being too happy with him leaving early if they loose the appeal.

Mike Keegan for the Mail, says result before close of play Monday. Parish left slightly early due to the birth of a grandson. Article basically says very little. But yeah not confident vibes from Parish, “it seems dystopian to even be in this situation.” What a plonker!

Ok, more details fwiw. Palace took in 3 boxes of evidence(!) wheeling some of it in, and the hearing lasted almost 10 hours. How bored must the panel have been? I’d rule against them for wasting my time!
