Conference League qualifying draw today so (hopefully) Palace will learn their opponents.

Crystal Palace (or Nottingham Forest) will play loser of Fredrikstad and Midtjylland in the Conference League playoff round, first leg at home.

Avoided Santa Clara (5th in Portugal) and Servette/Utrecht, but tie made slightly trickier by Norway and Denmark both being midseason.

Unwise to be over confident. Nobody spends the kind of money that this has cost Parish unless he, and his legal team, believe they have at least a good chance of overturning the decision. We’ll know in a week from now. Unless there is a mitigated settlement earlier, which looks unlikely.
