I think somewhere I read Omar Richards was at Rio Ave for preseason, but I'm sure I just saw him in the Forest first day back video.
Hope he comes good, will save a bit of cash at LB.

99% sure I saw Moreira in the video.

Omar Richards is in Nottingham, the rest of the squad should be returning to pre season next week.

A couple of observations from watching that video:

- Great to see Williams and even more so Awoniyi looking like they're fully involved in pre-season training, given the scares they had at the end of the season
- I'm so glad Aina is around for another three years. He seems to lift the mood of the entire dressing-room

Depends if the players who have the numbers will give them up, neco wouldn't last year.

Anyone know where we are with the homegrown player situation? Both for the Premier League and for Europe.

We've lost Toffolo and Elanga from the squad now and if MGW does go too we'll be three down on that number.

Currently have 8 and you need 8 in the 25 man prem squad. We will be adding to that number through recruitment would be my assumption.

Re Europe
You need 4 home grown which we have and 4 club trained in the 25 man squad
The 4 home grown we are fine with, the 4 club trained will mean that as things stand at the minute it will 
be 21 players + Yates + Zach + prob Bott as 3rd choice keeper.
