Wolves finished 7th in consecutive seasons under nuno, they didn't suss him then and won't now

Is he too expensive to just use in Europe?

I thought he looked ok in his run at the end of the season. But it also coincided with our worst run of the season. And he didn’t do anything that good.

I don’t think his style works in the prem. At least it hasn’t for us. But I think he could be brilliant for us in Europe.

I just don’t see him being the player we need in the prem next season.

Pretty good summation I think of him. Ultimately too slow for the prem, certainly in our style last season, but maybe in a slower tempo style he could fit better. I think we can do better personally.

Nunos wolves played a different formation and style, and we're a far lot more possession based. We're set up like nunos saudi team

It wouldn't be a shock to move to a 3-4-3 that becomes. 3-5-2 without the ball like wolves did. MGW would have to reinvent himself as either a second striker (CHO would prob take the second striker role now tho) or number 8.

With Elanga off, it’s time for MGW to sign a contract and show he deserves to be at the World Cup next year.

More goals. More assists. More consistency. (Less needless flicks that get us into trouble please…)

This could be the biggest season for MGW. But he needs to sign a new deal or selling Elanga could be a huge mistake.

Dunno, seem to recall them using Traore and Jiminez on the counter pretty much as we've used Elanga and Wood

Hasnt MGW just been made club captain? That would suggest to me he aint going nowhere

As the Man City thing didn’t work out, it does look like he’s staying.

But what I mean is he has 2 years left on his deal. If he doesn’t extend his contract, next summer we’ll be in a really tough spot with him.

He will want a pay rise before then.

Neco's changed his squad number to 3 and CHO has taken the number 7.
