I wouldn’t be surprised however on this occassion if they did, especially now the sale of Textor’s share has been approved by PL. I suspect this is what Uefa wanted all along. Lyon stay up, Uefa seen to make tge right decision under their rule then CAS overrule them. If understand correctly we can’t appeal the CAS decision. Palace get EL we stay ECL.

They have to appeal......and the CAS will rightly rule that they broke the rules so tough.

It’s the biggest injustice in the history of football apparently.
I mean you might want to google Forest vs Anderlecht 1984, Steve before you make that comment. Or hundreds of other proper scandals and bad decisions that have wrongly denied teams but I guess that’s football

Panic on the streets of London

Man alive, the way the Sky Sports News reporter was banging on about the injustice to Crystal Palace, I thought he was going to cry.
The argument in that report was even though they didn’t do it when they were meant to and missed the deadline, Textor has sold his shares and has no control now. We’ve all said it before, but where was this outrage about any injustice when we were docked points for selling Brennan after the deadline? Let’s not forget, they wanted to take 10 points off us. I don’t remember one single national report defending us and calling it an injustice. Even the BBC have said we “lobbied for Palace’s demotion”. I know loads of clubs fans think the press have it in for their club, but the anti-Forest stuff these days is ridiculous.

UEFA emailed Textor and Parish in Jan advising them about the implications
They chose to ignore. They haven’t got a leg to stand on

The funniest thing with that interview was when Mike Wedderburn in the studio said 'Have Palace broken the rules yes or no?' and he had to say yes. :Funny:
