Forest spat aside, he's the most boring commentator out there. When he co-coms there's long periods of silence and sometimes I think he'd prefer not to be there such is his lack of enthusiasm. But the thing I find most annoying about him is that he has very little respect for any other club other than Man Utd and the other 'big 6' clubs. All his opinions are skewed by his love of Man Utd. When we first got promoted it was very noticeable how little he knew about us, and he was almost dismissive of us as a club.
His false words in his statement about the fans etc deserving better are just hollow words, he has no respect for us at all.

I'm probably in a minority but I wish EM would show himself to be above this stuff and have just let Neville in. He'd look like the better man for it, not that I think he cares.

It's funny because it's Neville but I agree his behaviour isn't helpful. Like you said he doesn't care.

It’s all to do with the on going legal battle probably not helped with him calling on nuno to quit.
A lot of Arsenal fans on our side
Also a lot of point out man Utd banned journalists at press conferences last year and fergie banned the bbc for 7 years. The weird thing is journos sticking up for GNev citing free speech but not cottoning on that, that does have consequences and you can’t just say what you like and that doesn’t mean you’re right

I’d prefer this sort of stuff didn’t happen, BUT the journos sticking up for Neville citing free speech, all completely condemned us for what we said in that tweet last season after Everton.
Can’t have it one way and not the other just because it’s your mate and you’ve got it in for Forest & Marinakis.
Hypocrites.

Lets be honest here Neville is relieved.
He didn't want to come.
He would have got absolute dogs abuse from our fans.
And if he came face to face with EM he would have soiled his pants.
He is happy not to be coming but he won't say that of course.

I think Sky have got the story that they wanted, Neville hasn’t commentated on a Forest home game once this season. So they’ve put him on the last game knowing there would be a potential issue.

Not sure what Sky and Neville expected. On their network Neville accused EM of acting like a Mafia boss and continued the feud by advising our manager to leave the club. However I wish we had allowed him to come.

I too wish we had let him come to the match.
27,000 passionate and ardent Forest fans baying for the jumped up Mancunian Twats blood wouldve been classic TV. Although I think its fair to say that if that had happened, Sky wouldve dubbed over our fans like they have done in the past when we have been slagging off the channel during live games.
To have a camera watching over the point where Gary No balls, sorry Neville came face to face with EM wouldve been a comedy classic, watching No Balls face drop. Its just a shame Sky dont do smelly vision as we wouldve known if No Balls wouldve shit himself!!! :Rifting:

Miltiadis on X.
What a season! Congratulations to all our players and staff on a fantastic campaign. We wanted more - but we fought with pride throughout. Thank you to our fans for your unbelievable support all year. We’ll be back even stronger next season. Dream it. Believe it. Do it. @NFFC #nffc #europe

That’s actually cheered me up.

Marinakis negotiations with Sao Paulo has stopped over investing in the youth team. Looks like Marinakis will be investing into Botafogo's Youth team. Makes sense why Cunha and Igor Jesus deals are only £10m each.
