Champions League - Europa League - Conference League
So the last match kinda sums up the last few matches. Just not enough to get over the line. 7th is still an incredible achievement but there's no doubt it could've been more.

Do we get bumped up to Europa if Chelsea win the conference?

No not now they're in CL

It was right there for us but the players just didn't have the quality to unpick a better side. Pretty much sums us up of late.

Now we go to albania and estonia on Thursday nights in a competition that absolutely no one gives a shit about. The fact that we're in it will actually put off any decent signing and I cant see MGW or Murillo being compelled to stay to play in it.

People have a choice.

If they don't want to get behind us in Europe next season then they can stay away.

Simple.
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

Let’s not forget that we can get into the Europa next season through the conference too. It is probably an easier route than qualifying through the league

Who did Villa sign the season they qualified? That's a genuine question. Our trajectory has been very similar to theirs - go up, just stay up then make Conference League.

EDIT: Have just looked. Tielemens, Pau Torres and Diaby were their major summer signings.
