I think you may have some basis to your views Cornish regards Nuno and EM, should we fade away and finish closer to mid-table then what might have been possible just 2 weeks ago then a conversation would be in order.

I get that people's expectations have changed during the season but some really do need a reality check. Anyone would think we've just got relegated to League One again, not sitting 6th in the Premier League with four matches left and with Champions League qualification still in our own hands.

There’s no doubt that at the moment it’s been a fantastic season and I hope for everyone involved it ends that way. 
But the Prem is a harsh mistress. 
We’ve lost 6 in the last 12 games, only the bottom 3 have lost more over the same period. 
Our second half season hasn’t been as good as the first, possibly expect some drop off but 20 points so far compared to 40. 
It’s only a fantastic season right up to the point it isn’t. 
We only need 1 win to guarantee Euro football and that will be a fantastic season. 
But I ask the question given our recent form and the fact that momentum works both ways you can see a world where we don’t win again this season. 
So hypothetically say we finish out of the Euro places completely will it still be a fantastic season? 
Especially given where ee were. 
Do you think EM will consider it a fantastic season?

I speak with facts.

The facts say this is our best season for about 30 years.

I am not interested in 'what's ifs, maybes, could, perhaps, might etc etc.

I think one of the reasons for the mood swing is that the last two games we were not "at it" The Villa loss was a bummer but in the second half we fought well and could have drawn or won. The last two games we did not look like we could win.

You are wrong though, we took 37pts from 19 games, 23pts from 15 games, It has obviously been more midtable but those are the actual facts

Those Dingle morons also told us they had our pants down when we signed MGW and he had an attitude problem, so I wouldn't read too much into what they say......
