strange atmosphere today but great to get a point and a clean sheet.
Not sure CHO Elanga switch worked.

I didn’t think it did either, I’d rather elanga to terrorise califiori
Gotta be near full strength for the fa cup game, players need to keep playing in my opinion

Think it was more to help look after Nwaneri.

Positives
Stopped the rot and gained a point vs the 2nd best team in the country. 1 point out of 9 yet somehow we are still 3rd The defensive resolve is back, excellent all round. Negatives Didn’t really have a go at all until the last 10. Rode our luck at times Nuno late to react and for the second game in a row we were exposed against a strong midfield 3 Strangely subdued crowd considering the size of the game. Feels like an opportunity missed, play the side that finished from the start could we have won?

Clean Sheet is very good. Allowed one shot on target. Set Pieces were defended pretty well. Back to Basics after that poor first half against Newcastle. Let’s get through to the next round of the FA Cup now.

The No1 priority tonight was to get something from the game and not have 3 defeats on the spin. And what the xxxx was their corner routine about?. Looked like a boy band doing a dance routine, it was hilariously bad too.

It's clear that Yates needs to start these types of games.
This isn't a negative rant I'm very happy with the point.

People’s opinions of the ref? Think he should have booked a few more Arsenal players, would like to know why some shouts for pennos didn’t even go to var as their Twitter page only has 2 updates for the 5 matches tonight

We won pretty much every header. Positive after tonight.

They were getting away with a lot of fouls on keepers and defenders earlier in the season from set pieces too. Referees seem to have wised up, along with most teams. Apart from the corners and the Calafiori chance where Dominguez switched off, it was fairly comfortable. I think we definitely set up for the draw and I’m fine with that. We’ll probably struggle against City but hopefully this will give us some confidence

Slept on it as usual.
Very happy with a point. Arsenal domiated possession but they didn't control the game, we did. I just want to see more composure when we pick up possesssion in and around our own box. Honestly at times the way we play out from the back sometimes it reminds me of Wimbledon in the 80's. I am sure we can do so much better.
