Seen a few messages saying people with UB tickets who were unable to get into the ground before kick off on Saturday are being offered a full refund.

Well done Forest, you don’t always get it right but things are a heck of a lot better than a few years ago.

I don't  think it will happen again.

Last week ahead of the Liverpool fixture, over 170 ticketing accounts were identified as ticket touts, with action taken and the accounts subsequently shut down. For each of our home games throughout the season, dozens of accounts have been identified, with the same action taken.


Shows the scale of the problem. Its remarkable how many tourists there are now, you can clearly see groups of them clutching their tickets not knowing where they are meant to be going.
